cl-tf2-msgs software package provides Robot OS tf2 transform library messages - LISP, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-tf2-msgs
cl-tf2-msgs is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-tf2-msgs package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-tf2-msgs *
You will get with cl-tf2-msgs package name, version, architecture and description in a table
